The First Extraordinary General Meeting of 2024 and the Fourth Meeting of the Board of Directors of China BlueChemical Ltd. were held on 20 December in the Conference Room on the third floor, Kaikang CNOOC Mansion, Beijing. Two resolutions were considered and approved by a high vote, including the appointment of the Company's auditors for the year 2024 and the proposed appointment of executive director. After the meeting, the Company released the result announcement of the Extraordinary General Meeting and List of Directors and their Role and Function in accordance with the requirements of the Hong Kong Listing Rules.
