The 2024 first interim Meeting of the Board of Directors of China BlueChemical Ltd. was held on 30 October at the Meeting Room 1606, Kaikang CNOOC Mansion, Beijing.
The meeting considered and approved 5 resolutions, the election of the Company's Chairman of the Board of Directors and the Chairman of the Nomination Committee, the appointment of the Company's auditors for the year 2024, the resignation and appointment of directors, and the convening of the Company's first extraordinary shareholders' meeting for 2024.
